1. Preamble
These terms and conditions shall apply to all goods sold on humanobject.com. By placing an order on this website, the customer declare the full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Pricing
The price of all goods are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included, shipping not included. In accordance with article 293B of french tax code (Code général des impôts), the value added tax does not apply to the goods sold on this site. humanobject.com is not responsible for additional tax or import duties that may be applied by other countries on the goods purchased on this site.
Although humanobject.com reserves the right to change at any time the price of its goods, an article will always be invoiced on the basis of the price displayed at the time of the validation of the order.
All goods remain humanobject.com’s property until full payement of the price.
3. Payment
humanobject.com allows you to pay through two secure payment platforms;
Stripe: pay with a credit card directly on humanobject.com
Paypal: redirection to Paypal’s website, pay with your Paypal account or with a credit card as an invited user.
4. Shipment
A purchased item will only be sent after its full payment. Given the time required to prepare the package, it will not be sent the day of its pruchase. Parcels are sent at the end of the week. humanobject.com is committed to deliver its goods at the latest within thirty days from the payment of the order. An invoice and a tracking number will be sent by email at the time of posting.
Shipping costs are based on weight and geographic area.
The three geographic area are: Metropolitan France, Europe, International.
Countries eligible for Europe shipping are: member countries of the European Union, Eastern European countries, Iceland, Norway, Turkey, and Maghreb countries.
Delivery is ensured by the Colissimo service of the french post office.
For metropolitan France shipping: Colissimo suivi, online tracking number, delivery in 2 working days.
For Europe and International shipping: Colissimo International, online tracking number, delivery in 3 to 8 business days, delivery upon signature.
humanobject.com is not responsible for any customs fees applicable to parcels shipped outside the European Union.
5. Return and right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of french consumer code (Code de la consommation), any customer has a period of 14 days upon receipt of his package to assert his right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in its original state (item and documents), in an appropriate packaging, and at the expense of the customer. Any item returned damaged will not be eligible for the right of withdrawal. The returned item will be refunded in full within 14 days from the notification by the customer of his decision to assert his right of withdrawal. No exchange can be proposed.
In case of receipt of a damaged item, the customer is required to notify the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and humanobject.com by email within three days following the receipt of the package, after which it will be considered as accepted, in accordance with article L133-3 of french commercial code (Code de commerce). Following this notification, humanobject.com is committed to offer the customer a free repair of the item or an exchange for an item of similar value. The damaged item must be returned in full (all item parts and documents) at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs of repaired or exchanged item will be the responsibility of humanobject.com
6. Characteristics of the goods
The photographs of the items sold on humanobject.com were realized under ideal conditions of shooting (professional equipment). The brightness of metals, the color of plastics, or the visibility of scratches may appear differently depending on the lighting conditions.
The art pieces sold on humanobject.com are not toys and must be handled with care. humanobject.com can not be held responsible for damage or breakages resulting from improper handling.
Each art piece is unique, numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
7. Intellectual property and copyright assignment
Under copyright protection, the images, logos, photographs and works on this site may not be copied, reused, republished, reproduced or reposted on any other media without the consent of humanobject.com.
By purchasing an art piece on humanobject.com, the customer acquires the economic rights of the latter (right of representation and right of reproduction). In accordance with article L.121-1 of french intellectual property code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle), moral rights remain the property of the artist.

9. Statement of jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. The French court is the only competent court in case of litigation.
The general terms and conditions are translated from the French version, and as such, should be taken into account for information only.
